Reading the “Room”

Most of the time, communication from management has to be formal, clear, and concise. However, content on social media can be more casual and friendly due to its ephemeral nature. Therefore, I chose to open up the color palette of the social media posts. This makes the content feel less rigid than the more formal communication and branding, yet provides platform appropriate material to our clients (and their neighbors).
